ALCOHOL BEVERAGE POLICY
Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the Lake Charles Civic Center by any patron or employee. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased inside the Lake Charles Civic Center. All persons must be age 21 or older and provide legal identification to purchase alcoholic beverages. Lake Charles Civic Center Management has the right to refuse service and terminate service at any time at their discretion.
CAMERAS, VIDEO CAMERAS, AUDIO RECORDERS
Professional cameras are prohibited at all events in the Lake Charles Civic Center unless accompanied by an appropriate media credential. Video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited in the Lake Charles Civic Center unless specifically approved. Please check in advance by calling 337-491-1432.
Children under 1 year of age, generally do not need a ticket, provided the child sits in an adult's lap. However, age requirements for tickets are on a per event basis please check in advance by calling 337-491-1432.

Lost children/parents should find the nearest Lake Charles Civic Center Staff Member to notify security.
The Lake Charles Civic Center provides concessions for certain events in the venue. Concession areas are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Sudduth Coliseum and in the Rosa Hart Theatre.
Follow I-10 through Lake Charles. Take exit 30A and follow the service road under the I-10 bridge. This service road passes directly in front of the Lake Charles Beach, then becomes Lakeshore Drive, which leads directly to the Lake Charles Civic Center.
Take I-10 East from Houston to Lake Charles. Take Exit 29, which is the Lakeshore Drive/Downtown Exit. Follow Lakeshore Drive, which leads directly to the Civic Center.
Doors generally open 60 minutes prior to the event unless otherwise specifically noted. Please check in advance by calling 337-491-1432.
Lake Charles Civic Center drop off area is located on the East side of the venue at the main entrance under the overhang.

With diverse food selections located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Sudduth Coliseum and in the Rosa Hart Theatre, the Lake Charles Civic Center serves up fresh concession stand food you’ll love. Fom popcorn to hamburgers, there’s something for the whole family! All major concession stands in the Lake Charles Civic Center accept credit cards. Note that some portable food locations do not accept credit cards.
The Lake Charles Civic Center is committed to providing an enjoyable family environment. Guests using obscene language or appearing intoxicated will be escorted off the property. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be denied entry.

The selling or sampling of merchandise, food, beverages, tickets or other items on the property without written Lake Charles Civic Center authorization is strictly prohibited.
Parking for the Lake Charles Civic Center is available onsite.
Note that all parking lots may not be available for every event.
Parking is free everywhere on the Civic Center property.
The Lake Charles Civic Center is available for private events rentals.

For safety reasons, patrons may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, food, drinks, glass/plastic/metal containers, video recorders, audio recorders, fireworks, laser pointers, backpacks, skateboards, bicycles,coolers, knives, weapons of any type, baby seats, strollers or carriers, unauthorized noise makers, glitter, confetti, streamers, helium balloons, basketballs, hockey sticks , beach balls, parcels or packages, inflatables, or large bags of any kind.
Certain events allow re-entry with a scanned ticket, other events may not. Before leaving the venue please be aware what the policy is for the event you are attending.
Restrooms are located throughout the Lake Charles Civic Center for your convenience. All restrooms meet or exceed ADA specifications.
In the best interest of guest and staff safety, a search process may be required for some events in order to prevent guests from bringing into the Lake Charles Civic Center unauthorized and prohibited items. Guests who refuse to submit to either visual or pat down searches shall be refused entry. Police officers will conduct these searches.
Smoking is prohibited inside the Lake Charles Civic Center including electronic cigarettes.
Ticketmaster is the exclusive provider of ticketing services for the Lake Charles Civic Center and its events.
